Christabel enjoyed a distinguished career spanning 4 decades as a business executive. She is the former Chief People Officer of Yum China Holdings, Inc., where she spent 21 years helping the company grow to over 8,000 restaurants and 400,000 employees. A seasoned leader in organizational capability, culture, building and talent development, she played a key role in the company's transformation and its spin-off into an independently listed company in 2016.

 

Since retiring from corporate life in 2018, Christabel has dedicated herself to unleashing the potential of those who share her passion to make the world a better place. She founded the In-Inspiration Company (岭隽管理咨询) for this purpose, enabling professionals, entrepreneurs and enterprises through consultancy, coaching, learning and investment.  In 2025, she published the book 《返璞归真领导力》 on the essence of leadership, drawn from her forty years of experience.

 

Earlier in her career, Christabel held leadership, consultancy, and business development roles

at Dale Carnegie Training, Citibank N.A., and Cheoy Lee Shipyards in Hong Kong.

She holds an MBA from Cornell University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical

Engineering and Economics from Tufts University.

罗淑莹拥有近四十年丰富多彩的职业生涯。她是百胜中国餐饮集团的前首席人力资源官 。

在她21年的工作中，负责百胜旗下8,000余家连锁餐厅，在中国各地共超过400,000名员工的人力资源等方面的全面管理。在企业迅速发展期间，她主导了组织能力建设，策略制定和变革推动。同时，也在整合新品牌和公司分拆上市后的重组事宜上扮演了关键的角色。 她精于从组织层面拟定策略规划和建立人才体系 ，并擅长辅导个人和引导学习。

 

她一直希望将积累的经验，帮助到更多的组织和个人，释放其潜力，并为整个社会带来积极的贡献。 2018 年她决定从企业退休，成立了岭隽管理咨询公司。致⼒于通过咨询、辅导、培训和投资等方式来⽀持各类型组织和创业者有意义的发展。 2025年，她出版了《返璞归真领导力—40年实战淬炼》一书。

 

在较早前的职业生涯中，她在香港的卡内基训练，花旗银行和财利船厂担任过各种业务领导，咨询和企业发展管理职位。 她拥有美国康奈尔大学的工商管理硕士学位，是塔夫茨大学的机械工程和经济学双学士。 ​​​
